New York Bar Exam MPRE Score Requirements
The New York bar exam MPRE requirement is a scaled MPRE score of 85. In order to be admitted to the New York bar by passing the bar exam, you also have to take, and pass, the MPRE. A scaled score of 85 is not 85% correct on the MPRE.
You can take the MPRE before or after you take the New York bar exam. However, the date you pass the MPRE must be no more than three years from the date you pass the New York bar exam.
